💡 Important note: All measurements are taken from the garment lying flat. For body measurements, add 2-3 inches (5-7.5 cm) to find your recommended size. Due to fabric stretch and manual measuring, variations of 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) may occur.

📏 How to Measure for Underwear

① Waist Measurement

Use a soft tape measure around your natural waistline (typically just above the belly button). Keep the tape snug but not tight.

② Hip Measurement

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Important for boxer briefs and trunks to ensure comfortable leg openings.

③ Compare with a Well-Fitting Pair

Lay a well-fitting underwear flat, measure the waistband edge to edge and double it. Match with our chart.

✅ If between sizes: choose the smaller size for a snug fit, or the larger size for a relaxed fit. Cotton blends fit true to size; modal/microfiber have more stretch.

📐 How to Measure for Undershirts

🎽 Bust / Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure level and snug.

🧵 Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist (usually just above the navel).

📏 Hip (optional)

For a better overall fit, measure the fullest part of your hips and compare to the bust/waist ranges.

🔍 If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend prioritizing the bust/chest measurement. Choose the smaller size for a fitted look or the larger size for extra comfort.
